The Journal and filing
Certificates issued are placed in the Applicant's in-tray pending filing. Filing is the Applicant's responsibility. The Bureau has enough of its own.
The Journal tab is your collection. It shows only what you hold.
The in-tray. New certificates wait at the front of the journal to be filed, and the Journal tab shows how many are waiting. Tap the top slip to read it in full, then press File it to stamp it into its drawer, or File all of them at once. A certificate waiting to be filed is already yours and already counts toward doors, rank and vouchers.
The front of the journal also shows how many you hold, a few of particular note (Originals, ones not listed, hearings, rooms completed and more), your rarest, and what you filed lately. Tap any form to read it.
A page for each floor you have reached, along the top:
- a drawer for each room, with the forms you hold from it and a count of the room's whole;
- a room behind a locked door says what count opens it, and a finished room is stamped COMPLETE;
- the floor's hearing, if you have it;
- a count of what you hold by kind.
The Building page holds the certificates that belong to no floor. See Shared goals and world certificates.
To see what a room still issues, go to that room and open Inquiries.
