The Registry

The Bureau says

The Registry lists Applicants side by side, by number. It does not list their names, their addresses or their reasons.

In plain language

You wait alone. The record is shared. The Registry tab ranks Applicants on six boards:

  • Now serving: certificates earned.
  • Originals: certificates the Applicant was the first ever to earn.
  • Rarity: a score in which a rarer certificate is worth more. Common is worth 1, Uncommon 2, Rare 5 and Classified 10.
  • Newest floor: certificates from the floor most recently opened.
  • By floor: how much of one floor is complete.
  • Your intake: among Applicants who took a number on the same day as you.

Applicants appear by number, with an alias if they have filed one, and their rank. Tap a number to open that Applicant's profile. Your own row is shown even when you are below the top of the board.

Only certificates earned by playing count. Staff are on no board. You appear once you have earned something.

In the building, beside the boards, is the sign-in sheet: who has done something in the last few minutes, with their ID photos, and who has been seen since this time yesterday. It says who, never where. It is the one list staff appear on, and they are shown as staff.
