The Bureau says
Meetings are held on Floor 20 at all hours. Each is about when to hold the next one. Applicants may attend, and minute.
In plain language
Meetings is the game's forum, on Floor 20. Its button on the elevator is open to everybody, and anybody can read it, signed in or not. When there are new minutes since your last visit, the button is lit red, and Your File says so.
- Boards are meeting rooms, each on an item of the agenda: Notices from the Bureau, Introductions, Any Other Business, Inquiries About Inquiries for questions about how things work, Complaints for things that are broken, the Suggestions Box, and a few more the Bureau could not refuse.
- No spoilers. Nothing about what earns a certificate, or how a floor is solved. Those are talked about on the Bureau's Discord, in each floor's own channel.
- A meeting is a thread; a minute is a post. Your minutes are signed with your alias and rank, or your number alone if you leave no trace.
- Taking part needs an account a day old and 10 certificates. You can correct a minute for 15 minutes after taking it, and withdraw it at any time.
- Second a minute you agree with. Each minute shows how often it was seconded, and nothing else keeps count.
- Report a minute that breaks the rules, a spoiler among them. One reported by three different players is hidden until staff look at it.
There are no private messages and no pictures. Meetings is not where hints are sold: that is Inquiries, in the Lobby.
